DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Former Dallas Cowboys Coach Jimmy Johnson has been inducted into the Pro Football Hall Of Fame.
The announcement into the Centennial Class of 2020 was made on Sunday at halftime, during the game between the Green Bay Packers & the Seattle Seahawks.
Johnson was hired by the cowboys in 1989 to succeed Tom Landry. According to NFL.com, Johnson was surprised by David Baker, President of the Pro Football Hall Of Fame, who made the announcement in person in the Fox studio.
Since 2002, Johnson has been an analyst on Fox NFL Sunday.
