DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – ‘Holiday in the Park’ is a three plus decades old tradition at Six Flags Over Texas.
The park’s Sharon Parker said there will be 2 million lights, holiday shows, and Santa himself. But there’s one thing that seems to keep families coming back year after year. “We’ve added more of the s’mores pits. We have seen the demand and have increased the capacity opportunities for families to come and enjoy creating their own s’mores” said Parker.
According to Parker, Six Flags recently announced they will be open year round, which includes weekends in January and February. “You can purchase a membership for as low as $6.99 a month. Then you’re able to not only enjoy ‘Holiday in the Park, but you can enjoy the park year round” said Parker.
