DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) -Mesquite authorities report there was a big fight, false reports of a shooting, and the mall was shut down.
It all happened around 5p.m., Saturday, when eight to ten people began fighting and and throwing trashcans and chairs at one another. The noise led to multiple calls to police and false reports of a shooting.
Mall security says a lockdown is standard procedure anytime there is a disturbance.
So far, no arrests have been made.
