DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dallas Police are asking the public for help to find a man accused of taking an upskirt video or photo of an unsuspecting woman in a T.J. Maxx department store.
The alleged incident happened at the location at 14754 Preston Road near Alexis Drive on October 19th at 6:32 p.m.
Investigators said the man was standing behind her when he leaned over and appeared to use a cell phone to either video or photograph under her dress.
He’s said to be Middle Eastern or Hispanic man, 30 to 35 years old, about 6 feet tall, with black hair and a full beard. He was wearing a gray long-sleeve button down shirt, black pants and black shoes.
Police said he left the store in a black or dark-colored Nissan Frontier truck.
