Dallas – Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – Top Fort Worth officials have been subpoenaed to appear in court this week in the ongoing battle with fired police chief Joel Fitzgerald.
Mayor Betsy Price, City Manager David Cooke and Interim Police Chief Ed Krause must appear at hearings today and tomorrow (11/18 – 11/19).
Attorney Stephen Kennedy represent Fitzgerald in legal action against Fort Worth. He’s demanding his job back based on his belief that he was fired in retaliation for investigating the city.
