Dallas-Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – Tragic drowning incidents reported across the metroplex during 4th of July activities, included a 6-year old boy in Collin County.
The Collin County Sheriff’s Department was called shortly after 1:30p.m. Thursday when a boy went underwater at Lavon Lake in Collin Park. Officials administered CPR; the boy was pronounced dead at Baylor emergency.
Other victims include a 17-year old boy at Possum Kingdom Lake, and a 31-year Arlington man at Grapevine Lake.
