Plano (WBAP/KLIF) – A Plano bartender is facing up to a year in jail for allegedly over-serving the man who shot eight people at a Cowboys watch party back in 2017.
Brett Stalcup is an attorney who represents some of the victims’ families and tells WFAA-TV the problem goes above bartender Lindsey Glass.
“Well there’s two above her that we feel are more responsible than she is.”
Spencer Hight was more than four times the legal limit when killing his estranged wife and seven others.
The bar glass worked at is now shut down.
