DALLAS – Missy Shorey, the head of the Dallas County GOP has died at the age of 47.
On a Facebook post her husband, Marc Himelhoch, wrote that Shorey passed away “unexpectedly” on Tuesday.
He added, “Words Can not express how much she meant to me an so many of you.”
Shorey was the first women elected chairwoman of the Dallas County GOP in 2017.
She lived in Lake Highlands.
