If you’re Fort Worth based American Airlines, you aren’t too happy with the news. New Airline Quality Ratings has ranked American Airlines second to last, in customer satisfaction. On the other hand, Dallas based Southwest came in at a respectable third place.
Airline ratings are based on lost bags, overbooked planes, flight delays and so on.
Delta Airlines took the top spot.
