Fort Worth, TX – Home prices continue to rise in Fort Worth.
When you compare cowtown to the rest of the big metro cities across the Lone Star State, nothing comes close. Home prices in Fort Worth are up 5.7 percent from a year ago, compared to a 3.96 percent uptick in Dallas. In DFW, as a whole, home prices are up, but not a the rate seen over the past couple years.
Core Logic, who put out the statistical findings, maintains that home prices in the metroplex are overvalued.
