Developer Centurion American is looking to revitalize Collin Creek Mall.
The Plano staple is facing the same harsh reality as many malls across the country, poor turnout.
Millions are expected to be spent in order to revamp the space.
The major upgrades include residential units, a transformation into a semi open air mall, and even the possibility of adding crystal lagoon with a sandy beach.
