FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – Seven people were involved in a boating accident around 6:30 Tuesday night on Marine Creek Lake, near the Tarrant County College Northwest campus. Matt Zavadsky of Medstar Mobile Healthcare says at least one boat, possibly two, may have taken on too much water or capsized. Those seven people were treated at the scene and released. Zavadsky says tonight’s incident, with summer recreational season not far off, is a reminder that extra caution is needed when out on area lakes.
