Champion Circle, located across from Texas Motor Speedway, is a one-stop shop for retail, housing, entertainment and dining. The 1,000-acre land already has a Marriott, golf course, apartment complexes, an outlet mall and plenty dining options. “We bought this site many years ago because we knew how much growth was happening in that North Fort Worth corridor and how the roads were expanding,” said Bill Boecker, Development Managing Partner with KDC. Boecker said now they’re adding office spaces and more housing. “With all the complementary uses in place just steps away from office building will really attract major businesses,” Boecker said.
He said this will promote job growth, bring more opportunities.
