Dallas Investment Banker Charged with Securities Fraud

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – A well known local investment banker is facing charges of securities fraud and money laundering.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a lawsuit against Neil “Doc” Gallagher alleging he participated in a long running ponzi scheme defrauded investors and misappropriated millions of dollars.

Assets of Gallagher Financial Group have been frozen and a Dallas attorney has been appointed as receiver.

Gallagher’s website has already been taken over by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
