DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) — After several days of problems for Dallas-based Southwest Airlines, the president of the airlines’ pilots union says everyone there should be concerned.
In a statement, Captain Jon Weaks wrote that the last few weeks has shown how poorly Southwest’s upper management is performing, adding that communication is ineffective and daily operations are not executed well.
“The last few weeks have highlighted how poorly upper management at Southwest Airlines is performing, how it truly views labor, how ineffective its communication and execution of our daily operation are, and how everyone at OUR airline should be concerned,” the statement reads.
