DALLAS – AT&T’s takeover of Time Warner has been approved by a federals appeals court.
The $81 billion merger will be one of the largest in media history.
Entities like CNN, Warner Bros. and HBO will now be under the control of the Dallas based company.
Shares of AT&T were up by more than .3 percent in afternoon trading.
