Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas County Health Department is reporting the eighth flu-related death this season, a 69-year old Dallas resident.
Dallas County health officials are advising anyone who hasn’t gotten a flu shot to do so, saying it’s the best preventative against the illness is a the vaccine.
The adult vaccine is given in the adult immunization clinic on the first floor at the DCHHS department building at 2377 N. Stemmons Fwy., and, Dallas County recently announced free flu vaccines for children at all six immunization clinics.
