(WBAP/KLIF) – Texas based Buc-ee’s is facing some backlash at its first out-of-state location.
The 120 fueling station convenience store just opened Jan. 21 in Baldwin County, Alabama and is already facing a lawsuit. The gas station opened with gas prices around $1.79, which some competitors argue is too cheap and violates an Alabama law regulating the price of gas.
Oasis Travel Center LLC put forth the lawsuit.
Buc-ee’s will soon open their second out-of-state location in Daytona Beach, Florida.
