DALLAS – WBAP/KLIF – Dallas Police report a three year old child has been declared dead after an apparent accident, in which it’s believed the child was run over by a backhoe driven by a family member. Few details are available at this time, other than the child was taken to Children’s Hospital where he or she was pronounced dead. The scene is reported still active; police say the tragedy happened in the one thousand block of Stella Avenue.
