He also stole the son’s pickup truck.

FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) – Fort Worth police are asking the public to help find a man accused of breaking into an 83-year-old woman’s home, attacking her in wheelchair and stealing the family’s 2005 Silver Chevy Silverado pickup truck.
It happened December 10th around 6 a.m. at a home on West 5th near University Drive.
Investigators said when the man broke in, the woman tried to call 911 but the suspect attempted to grab the phone from her hands and knocked her out of her wheelchair.
Saji Alummuttil, the victim’s son, told WFAA TV he had just left for work when his mother called him frantic and told him about the break in.
He said the thought of the crime still haunts him.
“If he’s this bold, I don’t know what his motivations are but it’s something we definitely don’t need,” said Alammuttil.
To make matters worse, it happened while her dying husband lay inside the home. The family said the father passed away the day after the attack.
The suspect is a black male and can be seen in the video above. The truck’s Texas license plate number is 04W XL9.
