
SOUTHLAKE (WBAP/KLIF)- A former Southlake highschool swim coach goes on trial Tuesday.
Tracey Anne Boyd, a former Caroll ISD swim coach is accused in the drowning death of one of her swimmers.
Boyd is charged with abandoning and endangering 13-year-old Elise Cerami. The indictment states Boyd allegedly failed to supervise Cerami or have someone watch her while swimming 2 years ago. If Boyd is convicted the District Attorney’s office says the felony charge could lead up to 180 days to 2 years in jail, possible fines and probation eligible.
