North Texans Pay Tribute to George H.W. Bush

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – North Texans are honoring the life of former President George H.W. Bush at his son’s Presidential center in Dallas. The 41st President of the United States died Friday at age 94.

Hundreds of people have visited the George W. Bush Presidential Center at SMU since Friday to reflect on the life of Bush Senior. Flowers are being placed outside of the Presidential library and a book of condolences is available to sign in the lobby.

“It made it special,” said a North Texas man who brought his family to pay tribute to the Bush family. “We got to sign the book and my wife got a video taken of her signing the book so that really made it something special.”

George H.W. Bush will be buried Thursday at his Presidential Library in College Station.
