Sodus, NY (WBAP/KLIF) – A former police chief of Sunray, Texas has been extradited to New York to face murder charges in last month’s killings of two people in the town of Sodus, NY. 32 year old Timothy Dean faces first and second degree murder charges in Wayne County, New York for the killings of a local man and his girlfriend. That man is the father of Dean’s current wife’s children. She has also been arrested for the murders; as has another Sunray, Texas police officer who was extradited to New York earlier this month.
