ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF)- Richard Morris, a 4-year department employee, is charged with assault involving a family member. This happened early Sunday morning while Morris was off duty. The department is conducting separate administrative and criminal investigations. The criminal case will be forwarded to the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s office for further review. Morris will remain on administrative leave pending the investigation. Arlington police would not comment.
