DALLAS – (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police say there will be a Grand Jury referral of criminal negligent homicide made against the truck driver who hit a woman and killed her as she tried to cross Zang Boulevard Friday afternoon. Police say the woman had made it halfway across southbound lanes of Zang when a Waste Connections garbage truck made a right turn from Jefferson and hit her. The woman was declared dead at the scene. The woman, described only as Hispanic, is not identified by name.
