DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dallas cowboys tight end, Rico Gathers was allegedly arrested for possession of marijuana Friday night.
Officer James Willis with Frisco Police said officers made contact with Gathers while he was parked on Parkwood Boulevard in Frisco. “The smelled the odor of burning marijuana which made them make contact with the occupant of the vehicle, which turned out to be Ricardo Gathers.”
According to police, 24-year old Gathers had less than two ounces of marijuana, which is a Class B misdemeanor. Gathers is now out of the Frisco Jail on a $500 dollar bond.
