WASHINGTON (WBAP/KLIF) – President Donald Trump will be campaigning for Senator Ted Cruz in the fall.
President Trump made the news official in a tweet Friday afternoon saying, in part, that he will be doing a major rally in October in the biggest stadium in Texas.
I will be doing a major rally for Senator Ted Cruz in October. I’m picking the biggest stadium in Texas we can find. As you know, Ted has my complete and total Endorsement. His opponent is a disaster for Texas – weak on Second Amendment, Crime, Borders, Military, and Vets!

He also offered that Cruz’s opponent, Congressman Beto O’Rourke, is a disaster for Texas.
Cruz is locked in a tight race with O’Rourke with the latest poll from Emerson showing Cruz up by only one point.
A specific date and location has yet to be announced.
