Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The remains of an 84 year old missing man have been found in the Trinity River in the submerged wreckage of his car. James Booth was last seen alive on the morning of February 21. No trace of him was found until 4 days ago when a DPS dive team found a car in the Trinity River downstream from Great Trinity Forest Way. They brought it up Thursday, and found human remains inside it. Those remains have now been positively identified as Booth. Investigators note the Trinity River was elevated the day Booth disappeared, so no foul play is suspected.
