Special Saturday Dallas County Health Services Back-To-School Immunization Clinic

To help parents prepare for the upcoming school year, Dallas County Health and Human Services is holding a special back-to-school immunization clinic Saturday August 11th, from 9 am to 12 pm. The free clinic will be held on the first floor of the main DCHHS building located at 2377 North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas.

Appointments are not required. Parents and guardians should bring immunization records. Dallas County residents from brith to age 18 in the following categories are eligible for free immunizations August 11th under the Texas Vaccines for Children Program:

-Medicaid eligible

-Uninsured: a child who has no health insurance coverage.

-Enrolled in CHIP

-American Indian or Alaskan Native

-Under insured (as defined by the Texas Department of State Health Services).
