Midland (WBAP/KLIF) – A county commissioner in Presidio County has pleaded guilty to bribery charges. Lorenzo Hernandez admitted taking bribes to throw county business to a document management system contractor. He’ll be sentenced in mid November, and could get up to 20 years in prison.
