Get Children’s Immunization Shots for Free in Dallas County

Dallas County Health and Human Services is offering free immunization shots your child will need for the year ahead through five visits of its mobile clinic.  The first mobile clinic visit will be this Friday, August 5th, at Fair Park’s Centennial Building, from 8 am until 2 pm.   Dallas County is concerned about the spread of disease in schools, and particularly, about another outbreak of the mumps like the area saw in 2016 and 2017.

At the health service’s brick and mortar clinics, the same shots will cost $10 per child if you’ve visited the clinic before; $5 if this is another visit.  The mobile clinic’s offering of free shots is designed to bring in those folks that could use a little help with back to school costs, or, would just like to save the money.

Visit the Dallas County Health and Human Services website for more information on the dates, locations and times the mobile clinic will offer free children’s immunizations. https://www.dallascounty.org/department/hhs/immunizationhours.html
