Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – An arrest has been made in connection with a body found in a Dallas home over the weekend.
Dallas police found the body of 85-year old Edward Sebastian during a welfare check in the Pleasant Grove area Saturday afternoon.
Police arrested 40-year old David Lee Rickerson after he was involved in crash in the elderly man’s truck, on the same day that the body was found.
Police say Rickerson admitted that the truck was stolen, and to his involvement in the Sebastian’s alleged murder.
According to the arrest affidavit, a witness also came forward with information about a stolen check that the suspect needed help cashing, but the witness turned it over to police.
