(WBAP/KLIF) – A grand jury has indicted a Plano teenager accused of plotting an ISIS-inspired attack at a North Texas mall.
17-year-old Matin Azizi-Yarand is charged with solicitation to commit capital murder of a peace officer and making a terroristic threat.
He is accused of plotting a mass shooting at Stonebriar Centre mall in Frisco.
Azizi-Yarand was arrested in May after allegedly talking online with an undercover FBI informant.
