FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – The Fort Worth Independent School District is in need of bus drivers and is offering financial incentives to new and veteran bus drivers.
Transportation Coordinator Verona Cornelius said employees have two ways to earn bonus pay
Newly hired drivers will get a $500 bonus at the end of the year. Twice a year, those who complete 100% of their routes will receive an extra $12 a day, those who complete 95% will get an $9 a day. These incentives will be given in January and June pay checks.
