Grand Prairie, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – An Arlington man is being held in the Grand Prairie Detention Center on 500-thousand dollars bond in connection with a fatal hit-and-run early Sunday.

23-year old Michael Sanchez is charged with failure to stop and render aid after his Dodge Charger slammed into a woman who was changing a flat tire on I-30. 29-year old Troylynn Berkley was killed.

Sanchez and his passenger, 23-year old Jesica Mosqueda ran from the scene. He was later spotted by police Monday night in Arlington and tried, unsuccessfully, to run again.
