rand Prairie (WBAP/KLIF) – Grand Prairie Police believe they have caught the vandal who’s been shooting out storefront windows. At least 21 storefront windows on Main Street have been shattered by someone firing from a passing pickup truck just since February. A Dallas Police officer who saw surveillance videos of the incidents recognized the truck, and lead Grand Prairie officers to Dallas resident Fred Foster. Foster reportedly has confessed, but has not said why he did it. He is charged with criminal mischief in Grand Prairie, and there’s a theft warrant out for his arrest in Mesquite. Foster was also in possession of narcotics when he was arrested.
