FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – Tonya Couch is back behind bars after police say she failed a drug test.
An arrest warrant was issued Thursday for the so-called “Affluenza Mom.”
Couch is said to have violated conditions of her release on bond when she failed a drug test.
Couch’s son Ethan Couch killed four people while driving drunk in 2013.
Tonya Couch was charged in 2016 with Hindering the Apprehension of a Felon and Money Laundering after taking her son out of the country.
