Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – A Fort Worth firefighter is due in court this week on a charge of burglary with intent to commit a felony.
31-year old Edgar Aguilar is accused of planting a camera inside a fake smoke detector in his ex-girlfriend’s bathroom.
The woman found the device in march, and does not know how long it was there.
Aguilar later admitted to going to her apartment while she was at work and installing the device, says it was stupid and that there is no no footage on the device.
Aguilar has been with the fort worth fd for almost 4 years. he’s been reassigned to a position involving no public contact during the investigation. he and ex have a son together.
