More Than 100 Cases Related To the Waco Biker Shooting May Be Dropped

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dozens of cases related to the Waco Biker shooting three years ago, may soon be dropped.

If one Texas prosecutor has her way, about 100 cases related to the 2015 shooting may be dismissed. In an effort to cut down on the caseload, Mclennan County Prosecutor Amanda Dillon said she plans to recommend dismissing about 100 cases.

The cases stem from a shooting outside a Waco restaurant, that left nine bikers dead, 20 injured, 175 bikers arrested, and 154 indicted.
