Houston (WBAP/KLIF) – Law enforcement agencies in Texas and Louisiana are working to determine whether they’ve got a serial killer on their hands. They found the severed heads of two women, each about the same age and general description about three weeks apart. The first head was found along a highway in Louisiana near the Sabine National Wildlife Park headquarters. The second head was found in an unincorporated area of metropolitan Houston. Neither victim has been identified, but Texas and Louisiana authorities acknowledge there are a number of similarities in the two cases, and their investigations are moving along similar lines.
