
ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF) – Texas Rangers short stop Elvis Andrus had to leave Wednesday night’s game against the Los Angeles Angels early because of a broken elbow. x-rays were taken by the team doctor on sight, and more testing will be done Thursday to determine the severity of his injury. It happened in the ninth inning when he was struck in the right elbow at the plate. Andrus is currently in his ninth season with the rangers.
