Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – There are new details emerging in connection with the allegations that got the former Dallas County health director fired.
The Dallas Morning News cites documents obtained from the Dallas County Health Department describing in graphic detail alleged sexual office forays, as well as Thompson’s alleged controlling behavior.
The documents include the original complaint filed by a female subordinate who claims to have went along with “several sexual encounters” out of fear of losing her job.
Thompson was fired weeks before his retirement late last year.
The woman’s name is redacted in the records.
According to the The News:
“The woman said he would tell her comments such as: “Remember you are not doing anything you don’t want to do”; “I like to see that walk”; “I love those eyes” and much more graphic comments related to sex acts. She described his “colored briefs not boxers.”
“He kept condoms in his desk drawer and would dispose of them by wrapping them in Kleenex and taking them outside when he was leaving the building,” she said.
She said she had records of his phone calls, but he was “careful” in his text messages.
“I have a skirt that may or may not have his DNA,” she said.”
