Man Accused of Killing a Fort Worth Mother and Child Taken Into Custody Out of State

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A man being sought for a double murder in Fort Worth was taken into custody in another state overnight.

37-year old Paige Lawyer is accused of capital murder for the Friday slayings of 30-year old Otishae Womack and her young daughter.

The girl attended Morningside Elementary School in Fort Worth. There’s no word on where Paige was arrested, or how long it will take hime to return to Tarrant County.

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Police are searching for 37-year old Paige Terrell Lawyer in connection with a double murder. 30-year old Otishae Womack and her daughter, who attended Morning Side Elementary school in Fort Worth, were found dead at their apartment on Shady Lane Drive on Friday.

There were already charges, against Lawyer, of family violence and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, that involved the victim. For example, assaulting Womack with his car and choking her. Authorities say, Lawyer should be considered dangerous.
