Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police arrested one of their own officers Saturday. Officer Richard Council was arrested for family violence assault, and interference with an emergency call. Council is a 3 year veteran of the Dallas Police Department, currently assigned to the northwest patrol division. He is now on administrative leave pending an Internal Affairs investigation.
