McKinney, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – School safety was front and center last night at a town hall hosted by the McKinneyISD and City of McKinney.
During opening remarks, district superintendent Rick McDaniel said, “Nothing is more important than the safety and security of the district’s children. Do we have areas of improvement? Absolutely we do.”
Texas State Representative Julie Luton was among those in attendance. Rep. Luton took to Facebook Live after the event, saying many solutions and suggestions were discussed.
