SMU Suspends Fraternity for Over 4 Years

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Southern Methodist University has announced that is suspended a fraternity for four-and-a-half years.

Without going into detail, the school said the ‘Beta Zeta’ chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha violated SMU’s student code of conduct.

In a statement, “The suspension comes in response to operational and new member incidents that violated the smu student code of conduct and the fraternity’s oaths and rules.”

Students who lived in the fraternity house have been provided alternative living arrangements.
