It’s believed the explosion may have been caused by static electricity when employees were mixing toxic chemicals.

Two employees were injured in the blast and one person, 27-year-old Dylan Mitchell, was believed to have been killed in the blast.

A few days after the explosion, authorities said the search for Mitchell had turned into a recovery effort.

The remains have been taken to Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office in Fort Worth for positive identification.
