DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A father, a son, and a family friend have all been arrested on charges related to child pornography.
The arrest comes out of Southeast Texas, where a San Jacinto County Sheriff reports after 30 years in law enforcement, this is the worst child pornography and child sexual abuse case he has ever seen. According to the Associated Press Sheriff Greg Capers said employees in his department are receiving pastoral counseling as a result of the mental and physical aspects of this case.
26-year-old James Tumlinson, his father 47-year-old Patrick Tumlinson, and his son’s friend, Cody Franklin, are all in custody on charges related to sexual assault of a child.
