Irving (WBAP/KLIF) – A Friday night fight in Irving turned into a shooting, and the shooting turned into a murder. The fight erupted about sunset near the Airport Freeway (Highway 183) and Park Drive. Sometime during it, or immediately after, one of the participants pulled a gun, and opened fire. He hit two people. One of them died, the other is hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. The gunman drove off, and hasn’t been seen since.
