Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Details of an explosive 7-year old sexual assault allegation against Mavs owner Mark Cuban have been made public.

The allegation came to light by way of a Portland, Oregon publication dubbed the Willamette Weekly, which details an assault claim by a woman against Cuban.  The allegation comes week’s after a Sports Illustrated report detailed a series of sexual offenses within the Mavericks offices.

The woman reported that she was assaulted by Cuban as the two posed together for a photogragh. The claim is that Cuban allegedly thrust his hand down the back of her pants and “penetrated her vagina.”

WW obtained the transcript of a Portland Police detective’s interview with Cuban. “Oh my Lord,” Cuban said. “Oh my f***ing Lord.”

Cuban told the Associated Press in a late night email Tuesday, “It didn’t happen.” He says he was never charged, after he passed a polygraph test and police determined there was insufficient evidence. Cuban was inPportland during the time in question for a basketball game.
